Please note that when you are on your way to check in at the Waikiki Shore property, we ask that you contact our Guest Services team at (808) 922-3871 so that we can send a representative to meet you at the property. Otherwise, you can pick up the keys directly from the check in office located at the Regency on Beach Walk, 255 Beach Walk, Honolulu, HI 96815. The office is only a short 3-minute walk from the Waikiki Shore, located on the right side of Beach Walk. Office hours of operation are daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and check in is available starting at 3:00 pm. If your arrival is after 11:00 pm, please call our Guest Services at (808) 922-3871 for your customized check-in instructions.
