The office is only a short 3-minute walk from the Waikiki Shore, located on the right side of Beach Walk. Office hours of operation are daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and check in is available starting at 3:00 pm. If your arrival is after 11:00 pm, please call our Guest Services at (808) 922-3871 for your customized check-in instructions.
