Hawaiian Crown began 20 years ago when 2 local boys with a passion for agriculture & sustainability decided to start a farm, which you can even visit (located in Hilo, HI), and in time 2 cafes (Waikiki & Hilo). As farmers ourselves, we are passionate about promoting & supporting local farmers. Hawaii imports 85-90% of its food, so our mission is to use locally grown ingredients from our farm, or fellow local farms whenever possible.
