Local artisanal coffee roaster, our mission is to provide our community with fresh roasted coffee. Thereby enhancing their coffee experience and fulfilling our motto of, "Bringing the freshness to make the moment richer". We also focus on single origin coffees from other coffee regions to expand the horizon for the coffee drinker. We do so by applying our signature roasting method to small batches, so that our network of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and retailers can share fresh roasted coffee with their loyal patrons. Thắng's French Coffee & Bubble Tea opened in 1997, famous for our Vietnamese iced coffee(cà phê sữa đá), fresh fruit smoothies and boba. Inspired by all the fresh fruits Hawaii has to offer, especially exotic ones, we’ve decided to integrate it into our delicious bubble tea and fresh fruit smoothies. We always strive to utilize fresh local fruits in our drinks as much as we can. Egghead Cafe is an award-winning breakfast and brunch restaurant at Kapālama Shopping Center in Honolulu, near downtown and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Recognized with multiple Hale ‘Aina Awards, we serve eggs Benedict, omelets, pancakes, Big Island sweet bread French toast, Taiwanese-inspired breakfast specialties, freshly baked pastries, and our locally roasted signature Egghead coffee blend. New Hope Cafe is a newly renovated space at New Hope Christian Fellowship Church. We are open to the public from Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 8am - 2pm. We welcome all to come and experience great food, great service and a great atmosphere. We have lots of seating available for anyone who would like to just hang out and do homework or just read a good book where you can also purchase at our Bookstore also located inside. Hele mai!
