Mānoa Chocolate & Wine Bar is a locally-owned, bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker; making high-quality dark chocolate since 2010 by sourcing premium cacao beans from mahiʻai (farmers) across the Hawaiian islands and around the world. Visit us any day to learn about Hawaiʻi's growing cacao industry and sample bean-to-bar craft chocolate. Every guest we welcome into our factory and tasting room can participate in a complementary chocolate tasting led by one of our knowledgeable kumu kokoleka (chocolate guides). Thursday to Saturday, our tasting room transforms into an intimate natural wine bar from 5-9pm. Join us for live music, friendly conversation, and natural wines sourced from around the world.
