Bluetree Café's mission is to help customers achieve a better life through proper nutrition. We strive to educate and actively improve health awareness and well being. We offer cold press juices (no HPP), Raw Smoothies (all fresh- no sugar or ice added), Acai Bowls, Roasted Hawaiian Coffee, Pastries (Gluten free and vegan) and freshly made delights - such as our Tofu curry bowl.

Our third store, located on the ground floor of the newly built Koula condominium in Kaka‘ako, is a coffee shop where you can enjoy delicious Hawaiian coffee, freshly baked croissants every morning, and fresh deli items made with locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in offering organic, high-quality bread, including various croissants made with premium Échiré butter from France and artisanal hard bread. Our selection also features French pastries, whole cakes (custom orders available), and a variety of European-style deli items. The café is open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM. Whether you're looking for breakfast, a special gift, or elegantly curated houseware, we welcome you to visit us.
