Specialty coffee cart located in a Bean to Bar Chocolate factory serving espresso-based drinks and chocolate products. Our coffee is from El Salvador and paired with chocolate made from locally-grown 100% cacao from the North Shore, Oahu and Hilo, Big Island.

At Kooks Coffee, our mission is to fuel the adventures of surfers (new and old souls), beach-goers, and coffee lovers alike with drinks that taste like aloha and celebrate the surf culture that defines Hawaiʻi. At our second location, we’re bringing that same energy and intention to a new neighborhood — serving handcrafted drinks and house-made syrups made right here on Oʻahu. We’re here to make a positive impact on the community, the ʻāina, and every person who stops by. From supporting local farmers and small businesses to crafting every drink with care, quality and community are at the heart of everything we do.

RUBYVIOLET COFFEE, your neighborhood coffee stand in the heart of Kaka'ako. Since opening in July 2020, we've been brewing exceptional coffee for the island of Oahu. More than just a caffeine fix, we're a gathering place, a spot to connect, and a place where a vibrant community thrives, one delicious cup at a time.

We are a family-owned and run restaurant established in 2010. We strive to bring you delicious comfort food, using family recipes and lots of aloha. We offer breakfast and lunch, dine-in and takeaway. Daily specials are available Monday - Friday. We offer catering, too.

Our third store, located on the ground floor of the newly built Koula condominium in Kaka‘ako, is a coffee shop where you can enjoy delicious Hawaiian coffee, freshly baked croissants every morning, and fresh deli items made with locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in offering organic, high-quality bread, including various croissants made with premium Échiré butter from France and artisanal hard bread. Our selection also features French pastries, whole cakes (custom orders available), and a variety of European-style deli items. The café is open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM. Whether you're looking for breakfast, a special gift, or elegantly curated houseware, we welcome you to visit us.
