RUBYVIOLET COFFEE, your neighborhood coffee stand in the heart of Kaka'ako. Since opening in July 2020, we've been brewing exceptional coffee for the island of Oahu. More than just a caffeine fix, we're a gathering place, a spot to connect, and a place where a vibrant community thrives, one delicious cup at a time.

At Kooks Coffee, our mission is to fuel the adventures of surfers (new and old souls), beach-goers, and coffee lovers alike with drinks that taste like aloha and celebrate the surf culture that defines Hawaiʻi. At our second location, we’re bringing that same energy and intention to a new neighborhood — serving handcrafted drinks and house-made syrups made right here on Oʻahu. We’re here to make a positive impact on the community, the ʻāina, and every person who stops by. From supporting local farmers and small businesses to crafting every drink with care, quality and community are at the heart of everything we do.

Locally owned and operated coffee roasters for 20 + years providing coffee to individual and business make an appointment to visit our shop. Roasted beans are monitored for quality.

At Ohana Hui Cafe, we believe great matcha brings people together. We serve handcrafted matcha drinks made with first harvest ceremonial matcha from Uji and Kyoto, Japan, paired with local inspired flavors that celebrate Hawaiʻi. From our creamy Haupia Matcha inspired by a family recipe and refreshing Calamansi Dream Matcha to our signature Matcha Einspanner and beloved OO-BAE Matcha, every cup is made with intention, quality, and aloha.
