Owner Chef Rylo has been in the service industry for about 20 years. He was a waiter in various settings such as cruise lines and semi-fine dining family restaurants. He has about 20+ years culinary experience. He has had the privilege to work with great chefs. Chef Rylo is also currently employed for the Department of Education since 2003 as a School Head Cook serving up to 2,000 students and staff daily. He has excelled as a Cook, Waiter, and Chef. Taking all of these experiences is his drive in providing excellent service and food for everyone to enjoy. He started Teo's Sushi Bar & Grill inside of Pandora Cafe in 2014. He ran the kitchen and sushi bar until he took over the entire business on November 1, 2015.

Rollin’ Rolls Cafe is a modern Vietnamese café in Honolulu, serving fresh, healthy, and quick meals for busy lifestyles. Our menu features not just the famous bánh mì, bold Vietnamese coffees, but also plate lunches and vegan options.
